Our RD-1010 wire rope cutting and tapering machine is for wire ropes from 3mm up to 16mm. It twists the wire rope off by annealing. With high melting speed and easy to operate, are applicable forr melting wire rope of various dimensions.Especially elevator ropes, mine ropes, crane cables and other high quality wire ropes.
Current is applied to heat the wire when the rope is clamped. When the rope is red hot; it is then twisted. After twisting, the rope is slightly rounded and the wires will not unwind.

These machines are mainly applied by steel rope manufacturers and customers. (e.g. Port, jetty, elevator maker etc.) RD series machines have exported to UK, Poland, Latvia, Russia, Dubai, Romania, Chile and other countries.
